The location of the town on the border of bohemia, Bavaria and Saxony offers A\u0161 a&nbsp;very attractive opportunity to become a&nbsp;modern border center of the whole Euroregion, where it will focus on the economic and social life.<\/p>\n<p>The extensive and generous project will include a&nbsp;hotel complex, a&nbsp;casino, a&nbsp;congress center, medicine clinic, apartment buildings, a&nbsp;technology and Hi-Tech park, and commercial buildings. It is implemented by the investment and development group BCD Group through a&nbsp;member of the Roofs Development, s.r.o. The total area of the project, implemented in two sections, exceeds 70 hectares. The project is attended by renowned architects of Hysek studio (www.studiohysek.cz), who emphasize not only perfect design and functionality, but also maximum respect for the environment and greenery.<\/p>\n<p>The inhabitants of the town of A\u0161 as well as people living in a&nbsp;large two-million catchment area will appreciate both the number of newly created jobs in various fields and the possibilities of cultural and social enjoyment, as well as the actual function of newly created buildings with the latest technologies. The project will also include a&nbsp;residential area with more than 800 newly built apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The city of A\u0161 is working intensively on the development of the local region - it is building new cycle paths, a&nbsp;ski area, another border crossing to neighbouring Germany, and the commissioning of a&nbsp;part of the unused railway in the vicinity of the project. Due to its size and importance, the construction of the entire complex will take several years and will create many job opportunities. In connection with the planned construction, transport infrastructure is being intensively built on both sides of the existing borders.
