Section B, situated on an overall area of 24,9 ha is dedicated to the build-up of a technological park with light production, developing Hi-Tech technologies and modern applications. Also, railway station will be built, that will create a transport center for the whole location. A gas station is also being planned here.
Section B is the largest planned area for industrial processes within the city and is specified for strategic investors. The main element of this urbanistic concept is tracing lateral communication linkage between the bypass and Chebská street in relationship with Příčná street.
On this planned city communication there will be a publicly signified main communication line going to the industrial zone, serving in the individual halls. will be developed Hi-Tech technologies.
