BCD Group is an international grouping of several development companies with rich foreign experience. They are responsible for example, the construction of a new city in Israel, a shopping center in Belgium and a high school in Manchester, England.
They have been active in the Czech Republic for almost 20 years and have been implementing projects primarily in Prague, residential district Nad Rokytkou in Vysočany (currently 76 apartments are under construction, others are already sold) finished apartment houses Trojská brána, project Aleje or project in Prague 9, Bydlení Smetanka.
Cooperation with prominent architects
BCD Group cooperates with leading Czech and international architects on its projects. Among them, for example, the architectural studio LOXIA (project Nad Rokytkou), Oldřich Hysek (main architect of the project Aš), or the architectural study A PLUS.
Residential district Nad Rokytkou is a project divided into 9 phases on more than 15 ha. land. In the first eight phases there has been built and sold more than 10 000 new apartments. The last phase, which is now in the state of preparation, 76 new apartments will be created.
This project is a unique for its closed objects that offer the right amount of privacy and also the small town with a huge amount of parking spots, children’s playground, biking rides, and a brand-new fitness runway. Newly built region has a very good connection to the center with its peripherals.
The complex consists of six houses, with three to four floors. Residential units are mostly large-scale, ground-floor apartments are designed with English yards or gardens, which are planted with small greenery. Large duplex apartments in the attic of the houses have sloping ceilings with large skylights in some parts. The closed, purely residential complex with a separate reception gave rise to an inner quiet courtyard with two entrances from Hrdlořezská and Mezilehlá streets.
This created a private and completely undisturbed green space, which is predominantly divided into individual gardens of ground-floor apartments and provides owners a quiet place to relax every day. All houses A to F share one underground floor with garages, parking spaces and cellars. The car entrance and the 24-hour reception, which controls the entrance to the entire complex, are located on the southeast side of the complex from Mezilehlá Street. A pedestrian walkway is built in the northern part.
In Prague, BCD Group built through its member - Believe Carmel, s.r.o. - block of flats Troja Gate. Situated on the sunny slope of Trojská Street, near the Kobylisy metro station on the “C” line, it is not only easy to reach the center of Prague. Exclusivity adds especially the fact that it is intended only for 23 families. It meets the demands of contemporary modern living and offers all the conditions for a quiet life at a high level. All apartments already have their owners.
On Prague’s southern outskirts, a new project is being planned by the BCD Group. Extending over an area of 1,3 million m² a new town for life and entertainment will take shape.
