Section A

The north section A is divided into three main parts, composed of functional usage for mixed urban living, easy production, storage, logistics and regional tourism (OK.1 and OK.3) and administration and Hi-Tech (OK.5).

Mixed urban living (SM) is composed of on an area of 6,6 ha on the northern side of the project. It is strategically situated nearby centre Aš that adds the urban district. Thanks to the difference in the housing development, on the surface of type SM there is an opportunity for the build-up of apartment and house buildings, hotels, pensions and other forms of accommodation – for example health care institutions – in the northern part of this area there is a planned medical aesthetic clinic. Furthermore, this side of the project can be used for the build-up of public administration, nursery and primary school, sports, cultural and many more.

On the site OK.5 on an overall area 17,9 ha is an option of building shopping centers and production establishment, halls for easy production, storage and logistics, frameworks for commercial project, for example congress halls or casinos, located in this location. Furthermore, there is an opportunity of building a structure with regional tourism services.

Area of OK.5 on a total area of 6,4 ha can be used for administration purposes, and technological parks with production halls for easy production, developed Hi-Tech technologies and modern application, (software resolutions, computing technology etc.)

In connection with the planned construction, transport infrastructure is being intensively built on both sides of the existing borders. The solution also includes connection to the existing road and rail roads in Aš, West Bohemia, Bavaria and Saxony.

In addition to its strategical location, the area is characterized by outstanding transport accessibility. The proximity of the border crossing and close connection to the town ring road and railway allow easy access to key roads to the Czech Republic and Germany.

The northern part of the project is dedicated to mixed urban housing on a total area of 6,6 ha. It is planned to build a clinic of aesthetic medicine, apartment and family houses, hotels or office buildings.

The western and northern parts of the new region are largely devoted to the construction of a new cultural center with casinos and hotels on a total area of an incredible 17,9 ha.

In the very center of the new region, in section A, there is planned housing development and residential housing. This part on the eastern side is followed by the part with planned greenery, on the north side by the hospital, school and cultural buildings and from the west side by department stores and cinemas. Strategic location of residential buildings in the middle of a fully equipped city with all services and cultural activities within walking distance is a great investment opportunity for developers.

The cultural center with department stores offers not only plenty of great leisure and shopping opportunities, but also countless jobs for both new residents and residents of the surrounding towns.
